As best as you can in your exercise book or on a sheet of paper, draw a map of the underworld:
Draw a picture of the following and label:
main rivers: Styx, Acheron, Phlegethon, (Lethe if you want).
Charon
Draw in the three areas of Tartarus, Asphodel Fields and Elysium.
The criminals: Tantalus, Ixion and Sisyphus, Tityus, daughters of Danaus and draw them with their punishments.
Make sure you label all the people and places you put in. You will not know exactly how the underworld looked so use your imagination. You can use the map on this page to get you started but don't just copy it.
Success Criteria:
Correct labelling and spelling of the names.
Neatness and care-presentation.
Creativity and imagination.
