A-level Examinations


Please note the Contingency days for the summer GCSE exams: These are now timetabled for the afternoons of the 6 and 13 June as well as the day of 26 June 2024. These contingency days are designed to be used in the event of national or significant local disruption to examinations.

You must ensure you are available and on-island for all of these dates.

It is your responsibility to comply with the instructions and guidance contained these documents. You should also be aware of the policies contained within. Please make sure that you read them. In particular, the document regarding the use of social media includes examples of malpractice you may not be familiar with.

Certificates

Certificates for all subjects cashed-in this summer should arrive at College Michaelmas term 2024. Leavers will receive a letter informing you when they are ready for collection from the College Office. Please arrange for their collection by yourself or your parents at your earliest convenience. Certificates cannot normally be forwarded by post – you must come and collect them. For candidates progressing from Y12 to Y13, certificates will be issued by your Head of Year.

Please ensure that you are familiar with the rules and regulations relating to non-examined (coursework) units before your work is finally submitted, along with the IFC (Information for Candidates)-Written Examinations, the student briefing document and the use of social media relating to your A Levels. These documents are at the top of this page.
