3. Join the class meeting (starts 10 minutes after the start of the lesson)
4. Use virtual xylophone OR an instrument you have at home
   1. practice your pentatonic idea, do this to a click track
5. Get logged into Sound Trap & start using it to record your work

Review:

Notice the pattern of each pentatonic scale: drm are the 3 notes together, s&l are the two notes together.

Review Dip Dip & Swing in solfa using the pentatonic ladder . You have some options:

• Review it/ practice from memory

Virtual Xylophone:

Last lesson you got the xylophone working.   Remember that we are using doh=F at the moment

• Click on the green flag in the middle of the picture. When you click on each bar you should hear the note.
• On your computer keyboard press the letter 'F'. This will take away the 'fa' and 'ti' notes and leave you with the notes of the PENTATONIC SCALE IN F (doh=F)
• When you press the space bar all the notes will return

2. Practice your pentatonic idea: keep it short, rhythmic and repeatable.
