These will take place in Music lessons in the weeks beginning

Thursday 30th May and Monday 3rd June

Each student is required to present a musical performance. This needs to be a solo performance . It can be any piece of music you have worked on in class this year or if you have instrumental or vocal lessons you should present something you have been working on in your lessons.

What are we looking for?

A well prepared, complete, fluent performance.

How will it be marked?

Accuracy and expression are marked out of 10 (as per our usual class criteria).  There are then up to 5 bonus marks available for technical ability and drawing in your independent musical skills (essentially the preparation you have put in towards this performance).

Each student will receive a mark sheet like this:
