How to get started
Welcome to Bronze DofE at Elizabeth College. Once you have signed up for the Award using the link sent to your parents, how do you get started?
- Select your activities. Look at the ideas pages linked below for inspiration around which activity you could choose.
- Find an adult who is not related to you to be your Assessor for each section and talk to them - to make sure they are happy to be your assessor.
- Register your activities on eDofE. Make sure you submit them to your leader for approval. If you need help with this, please look at the 'Using DofE' page linked above.
- Get started. Keep evidence of your regular participation - weekly evidence updates is a sensible place to start.
- Expedition skills are covered during Friday afternoon activities - see the 'Friday Afternoon Sessions' tab for a full breakdown of these sessions.
- If you have any questions, check the other pages of this website and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page linked below first.
- Come to DofE drop in if you have any questions. This year it is on Friday lunchtimes from 12.35pm in the Manchester Room.
