Assessors reports are the final step needed in order to complete a section. This is where your assessor comments on your progress towards your goals you outlined in your programme planner and provides detail on how you did during your section with them. You may only ask for and submit an assessors report, once the minimum time requirements for each section have been completed.

Assessor's Report Webpage

Below is a link to the webpage for assessors to provide their assessors report. Once they have completed this, it will show up automatically in your eDofE evidence, marked as an assessor's report. In order to complete their report for you they will need your eDofE ID number.

Below is a link to blank assessor report cards. You are able to print these off or send to your assessor for completion. Alternatively, come and see Mr Robinson for a printed out version.

This video is here to aid your assessors with completing their reports, please feel free to show them this video or guide them through the process. There are two ways in which assessors 

Completing an Assessor's Report (Webpage) - Step by Step:

  • Show your assessor where they can access the webpage - see above for the link or direct them to search for this on their internet browser.
  • They must enter their email to receive a verification code. Once confirmed they can continue.
  • You must provide them with your participants eDofE ID - this can be found by tapping the person icon on the DofE app and looking at the number next to your name. Once they have this number they can provide this in the first box.
  • Tell them which level you are completing the Award at (e.g. Bronze) and which section (e.g. Physical).
  • Once they click 'check' it should bring up your details from your programme planner (e.g. your goals etc).
  • Assessors should then fill in the text boxes indicated by a red asterisks, answering the questions. 
  • Once they have finished writing their report, they must fill in their details.
  • Click submit - this report will now appear in your eDofE evidence.

Completing an Assessor's Report (Assessor Report Card) - Step by Step:

    • See the link above to access the assessor report cards. Alternative come and collect from Mr Robinson or use the ones provided in your welcome pack.
    • Provide the report card to your assessor - you should fill in the details at the top to help them.
    • Assessors can then complete the questions on the card.
    • Submit this by logging onto eDofE, uploading a photo and marking this as an Assessor's Report - for guidance on this, see page 1.
